Ben Hartman Broker Associate, ABR, MRP

Ben started in real estate in the down market of 2009. A great learning experience for a new agent, after which he learned to effectively help his clients and customers succeed in any market. His experience in Professional Golf and being a PGA Tour Caddie has helped him prepare for this role in more ways than one.

He spent years making decisions for himself and others that could have an impact of hundreds of thousands of dollars in any direction. Performing under pressure and making sound educated decisions in the best interests of the individuals he worked with is his specialty. Working within the real estate business gives him a great deal of satisfaction. His team of associates aims to make it an educational and low stress experience for their clients. Ben was determined to sell my house for me. After a buyer was not able to secure financing he worked diligently to get me a new buyer in just two days!
